Push back racking is an advanced, high-density storage solution designed to maximize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency. This system allows pallets to be stored multiple positions deep on inclined rails, using a series of nested carts. As each new pallet is loaded, it gently pushes the previous pallet backward, creating a compact and organized storage lane. When a pallet is removed, the remaining pallets automatically move forward, ensuring easy access at all times.
This racking system operates on a Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) inventory method, making it ideal for storing products with similar SKUs and medium turnover rates. By reducing the number of aisles required, push back systems significantly increase storage capacity while optimizing available floor space.
